The AGE Theatre Collective

The AGE Theatre Collective, based in Portland, amplifies the resiliency of artists of color who identify as women, trans and non-binary, who are active and supportive in theatre and performance. The Collective supports the artistic empowerment and professional development of our diverse communities. We do so through gatherings, workshops, info sessions, and an inter-generational mentorship program.

The AGE Theatre Collective “Monthly Mondays”

Monthly Mondays are events held once a month at AGE’s office space to foster community among artists of color who identify as women, trans and non-binary. Each month there is a theme, of course food, and time dedicated to discussing the current issues facing our community. We encourage all collective members to attend and all artists who identify with our Collective are welcome to join us and hear more of what we’re about. These gatherings are a safe space to discuss our truths with only POC theatre artists.
